What do I need to bring with me?
– A yoga or camping mat to lie on, a cushion, and comfortable clothes.
How long does one session last?
– Sound Baths will last from approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour.
Do I need to arrive early?
– Please arrive 15 minutes before your allocated time on your booking form (IE: if the Sound Bath begins at 19.00pm, please arrive at 18.45pm) Arriving on time is extremely important as late arrivals will disturb the session.
Can children under 12 take part?
– Unfortunately, I do not allow those under 12 year olds to take part in my sessions.
What does it feel like?
– Every experience is different and varies depending on each individual. The most common reactions to the experience include either feelings of floating or lying heavy against the floor.
How often should I attend a Sound Bath session?
– This is completely up to you. Some people find it beneficial to attend monthly sessions, whereas others prefer to attend less frequently.
